1-5 business days. FREE for orders over 220 AED, anywhere in the UAE. If the order is under 220 AED, a 14 AED fee will apply to cover shipping costs. A tracking number is included with every order.

Returns & Exchanges
It’s important to us that you’re satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unused, unopened items for any reason within 60 days of the purchase date. To make a return, please contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to return, and our customer service team will help you complete the process.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary items, personal care items, gift cards, or clearance items are not eligible for return. Returns over 550 AED are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
